The LCDC maintains accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of screenings, assessments, service plans, counseling services, group activities, referrals, and other services rendered in accordance with agency policies and applicable requirements. The LCDC serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking, addressing substance use concerns through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
