This position leads the Gas & Chemical Engineers and Technicians and is responsible for daily operations, manpower planning, system availability, preventive and corrective maintenance, gas and chemical supply continuity, contractor management, emergency response, system improvements, and operational readiness. Systems include bulk N2, O2, Ar and H2; specialty gases including SiH4, NF3, N2O, PH3/H2, B2H6/H2 and Ar/H2; gas cabinets, BSGS, VMB/VMP, chemical storage and distribution systems, gas detection, exhaust monitoring, TGMS/FMCS, and associated safety systems.
