Developing and improving asset reliability and Mechanical Integrity programs, including Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), corrosion management, structural integrity, pressure relief device compliance, piping integrity, and flexible hose programs to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets. Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations for complex and recurring equipment failures, utilizing Cause and Effect Mapping, Fishbone Analysis, 5 Whys, Failure Mode Analysis, and corrective action development to identify root causes, eliminate recurring failures, and verify the effective implementation of solutions.
