The leader will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Technology, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and plant leadership to build a capable, resilient, and cost-competitive external manufacturing network. Cost & Productivity: Build and deliver a pipeline of productivity opportunities through supplier negotiations, yield improvement, lead time reduction, waste reduction, process optimization, logistics, and capacity release.
