Laboratory Automation and Robotics: experience with automated liquid handling systems and robotic platforms; working knowledge of high-throughput experimentation (HTE) workflows; familiarity with robotic integration of analytical instruments; proven knowledge of workflow scheduling, batching, and parallel experimentation; design and develop end-to-end automated laboratory workflows for synthesis, formulation, and analytical processes; ability to define and implement workflow logic, sequencing, and scheduling for parallel and high-throughput experimentation; ability to perform method development, validation, and robustness testing to ensure accuracy and reproducibility. Chemistry and Laboratory Skills: strong hands-on expertise in synthetic, analytical, or formulation chemistry; work experience with reaction setup, purification, characterization techniques; proficiency in analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, UV-Vis, IR); hands-on knowledge of sample preparation and handling techniques; proven knowledge of reaction kinetics, catalysis, or material properties (depending on focus area).
