Key Responsibilities: The candidate will contribute to and/or lead cross-functional project teams associated with manufacturing process development, process characterization/justification, transfer of technology to manufacturing sites, and support manufacturing activities for peptides and potentially other modalities: Provide leadership in a matrixed team setting, while acting as an SME for peptide processes, interacting with various cross-functional groups and stakeholders and contributing to AbbVie's peptide manufacturing strategies. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, incentive, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Companys sole and absolute discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole and absolute discretion, consistent with applicable law.
