Job Summary: The responsibilities of the dosimetrist include (and are not limited to): treatment planning for 3D, IMRT/VMAT, and electron treatments, image fusion, dose summation (including BED/EQD2), participating in quality improvement projects and department committees, training and teaching of students and residents, import/export Dicom data from/to external clinics, supporting IMRT QA. Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner using skills in active listening and problem solving.
