Advanced routing and traffic engineering (BGP, OSPF/ISIS), path control, and convergence considerations SDWAN and secure connectivity patterns (SASE/SSE where applicable), including segmentation and policy design, QoS design (marking, queuing and shaping), performance engineering (latency/jitter/loss), and capacity planning. • Recommend optimized WAN solutions to Chief Engineer in support of current and long-range planning; collaborate with technical leads to select, recommend, and obtain approvals for tools and technologies that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
