Candidates should demonstrate strong oncology clinical expertise, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational ability, leadership, staffing and resource management, and a commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care. Working under the direction of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you'll help coordinate daily nursing operations, guide staff, promote quality and safety, and ensure patients receive consistent, individualized care.
