The Senior Director will cultivate relationships with institutional owners, lenders, special servicers, receivers, family offices and other key industry participants to identify opportunities for Tishman Speyer to provide third-party real estate services, including property management, asset management, leasing, design and construction oversight, hospitality and other services that leverage the firm's integrated real estate platform. Build and maintain relationships with institutional owners, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, lenders, special servicers, receivers, family offices and other real estate owners and capital providers, as well as key industry intermediaries and advisors.
