p>You Have: • A Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred from a high-quality institution • Experience in strategy and execution in financial services • Demonstrated experience in high-growth environments, preferably within public companies • A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact • Experience navigating public company requirements, investor relations, and Board dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with Board members, investors, and key external stakeholders • Serve as a proxy for the CEO in select meetings and represent the office in cross-functional forums • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion • Facilitate communication flow between the CEO and the executive leadership team, business units, and employees • Coordinate responses to ad-hoc requests from the Board.
