Crystal Stairs, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation dedicated to child care development for working low-income families, is looking for a dedicated, mission-driven staff counsel who along with the Chief Compliance Officer/General Counsel serves as internal legal counsel to Crystal Stairs. Draft, review and negotiate (if applicable) a wide variety of contractual-related documents including, but not limited to, funding contracts, grants, vendor contracts, subcontracts, leases, releases, MOUs, programmatic agreements, work orders, amendments, and termination notices.
