Working closely with the Senior Program Coordinator – Performance & Data Analytics, this position supports the evaluation of provider incentives, scholarships, professional development, Local Match, and other Child Care Operations initiatives by preparing reports, identifying data discrepancies, tracking key performance indicators, and assisting with operational analyses that improve program effectiveness, compliance, and customer service. The Program Coordinator – Performance & Data Support provides operational and analytical support for Child Care Operations by collecting, validating, organizing, and maintaining program data used to monitor performance, measure outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
