You should be comfortable with busy days, changing plans, lots of movement, messy art projects, silly songs, playground adventures, and children who may decide you're their new best friend five minutes after meeting you. Instead of spending every day in the same classroom, you'll get to work throughout our program, helping teachers, building relationships with children, covering breaks, jumping into activities, and stepping in wherever you're needed most.
