Bachelors degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child and Family Studies, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or a related field; OR Step 10 (or higher) on the Oregon Registry and coursework in Age 3 to 5 development; OR Associates degree WITH the ability to obtain a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child and Family Studies, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or a related field within (4) years of hire OR an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience to meet this requirement Note - Official transcripts, ORO Professional Development Statements or other official documentation will be required to confirm relevant education.
