Established in the early 1960s, the Virginia Treatment Center for Children (VTCC) is the Child and Adolescent Division of the VCU Medical Centers Department of Psychiatry and the pediatric psychiatric service of the comprehensive array of services offered by Childrens Hospital of Richmond at VCU.
