The position works with the Associate Director of Program Operations in investigating and maximizing our (medical, life, dental, etc) insurance benefits are aligned with agency and staff needs, The People Operations Specialist also ensures agency compliance with all local, State, and Federal guidelines, laws, practices aligned with the agency’s contracts and grants. The People Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the agency actively recruits and supports staff in Human Resource (HR) functions, including but not limited to Employee (EE) benefits, onboarding, separations, training opportunities, etc.
