Own inventory levels for assigned component categories — monitoring availability against production schedules, setting and maintaining ERP planning parameters (safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times), and proactively managing surpluses and shortages. Beyond day-to-day execution, the Material Planner III is expected to bring analytical rigor to the role — using advanced Excel and Power BI to monitor inventory health, identify risks before they impact the line, and communicate material status clearly to stakeholders across Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.
