Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline, with 7+ years of relevant experience in packaging engineering, packaging development, strategic sourcing, or related CPG functions. While traditional cleaners are packaged in plastic and may contain up to 95% water, all Blueland products utilize tablet or powder formats, designed to be used directly or mixed with household tap water, and come in compostable or recyclable packaging.
