This will include determination of best value among reputable vendors for items including, but not limited to: concrete, reinforcing, stone, formwork, lumber, trucking, concrete pumping, rebar installation, piping, water proofing, paving, boring, striping, curb and gutter, blasting, guard rail, trucking, seeding, erosion control, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, utility piping, shoring, precast members, etc. Coordinate preparation of Site-Specific Safety Plan including safety requirements, risk analysis at the job task level, safety officer inspection needs, site security, locks; specific training needed for formwork, fall protection, rigging, equipment operation, MSDS notebook, etc.
