Responsibilities include greeting and communicating with patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner in order to complete the processes involved with chart preparation and patient triage for upcoming visits, operating the electronic medical record, assisting providers in conducting minor procedures, exam room set up and breakdown. Obtains vitals, height and weight, temperature, pulse, BP, identify chief complaint, update Review of System if warranted and have patient complete any applicable clinical surveys/questionnaires that may pertain to their visit, enter the information into the patient’s electronic chart.
