Provides guidance and supervision to survey personnel in the area of the project's requirements for survey activity documentation, tracking of project progress and costs, tracking of personnel time and expense reporting, assurance that project documents are completed properly and legibly, are controlled, stored, and readily retrievable for review. The qualified Survey Instrument person is utilized to operate and maintain the survey instrumentation for low-tech activities such as profile surveys, line locations, Pipeline Re-Stake, Line Clearing, Line Locating, Loop Line Setup, and River/Road Crossings.
