Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, investor questionnaires, securities regulation, or private company and private fund structures and governance is a plus, as is experience with equity management platforms such as Carta or Global Shares, investor portals, or CRM systems such as DealCloud. The Investor Relations Analyst supports the operational and analytical work of Generate's Investor Relations function, including shareholder reporting, share and cap table management, investor data and systems, and investor-facing reporting on compliance, impact, and ESG processes.
