KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: In-depth knowledge of earth construction, encompassing technology, equipment, methods, engineering practices, drawings, as well as cost control and scheduling, contracts, jurisdictions, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules and safety requirements. Four-year Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
