You will be responsible for leading due diligence, constructing financial models, performing market research, managing the opportunity pipeline, creating presentations to support the decision-making process for executive leadership, and helping to ensure the smooth integration of new businesses into the organization. Manage cross-functional due diligence workstreams involving finance, tax, legal, environmental, quality, safety, operations, commercial, IT, HR, compliance, and other functional teams; identify key risks, resolve open items, and maintain accountability against the transaction timeline.
