This position serves as a strategic partner to operations, culinary leadership, human resources, facilities, and executive management to protect employees, guests, assets, brand reputation, and financial performance. Through extraordinary attention to detail and fostering a culture of safety and accountability, the Claims and Compliance Specialist will work directly with the insurance brokers and consultants to work toward the development, implementation, and maintenance of a greater risk management program.
