The Senior Claims Consultant serves as a senior client advocate and technical resource for complex property and casualty claims, with emphasis on general liability, auto liability, workers compensation, excess liability, and other high-severity or coverage-sensitive matters. The role also supports loss trend analysis, risk mitigation initiatives, client stewardship, prospect presentations, and the development of consistent claims consulting practices across the Northeast Series.
