The Manager of Claims Operations with Aon Business Services – Integrated Services and will support our Professional Liability & License Protection Claims function, leads the end-to-end management of professional liability, malpractice, regulatory, and licensing board claims. This position serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for insured professionals facing allegations, investigations, disciplinary actions, or civil liability matters, with a focus on protecting professional licenses, reputations, and financial interests.
