The Site Safety Manager serves as the primary safety leader on assigned projects and works closely with the Director of Safety, Project Management, Field supervision, Subcontractors, Clients, and Employees to identify hazards, reduce risk, prevent injuries, and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently. Reporting directly to the Director of Safety, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety excellence.
