The Tire Repairer is responsible for inspecting, repairing, replacing, mounting, balancing, and maintaining tires and wheel assemblies on military tactical vehicles, combat systems, support equipment, trailers, and material handling equipment. The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) sustains the Army's mission to develop, acquire, field, and sustain ground combat, tactical, and support systems throughout their lifecycle.
