Maintain working knowledge of the Company's approved Government and Defense readiness information, including SAM registration, CAGE code, NAICS codes, DD Form 2345/JCP certification, CMMC Level 2 readiness, NIST SP 800-171 and CUI information, ITAR/EAR program information, FAR/DFARS materials, data rights positions, quality certifications, and other information, as applicable. Follow up with accountable owners and escalate gaps, overdue items, inconsistent answers, unvalidated readiness claims, cybersecurity assurances, export control statements, quality commitments, classified contracting questions, or other higher-risk requests to the assigned attorney and Legal leadership.
