Caring for patients with, but not limited to, the following unit specific needs and/or conditions: The Cardiac Patient, Respiratory Distress, BIPAP/CPAP, Ventilator use, GI/GU Patients, the Pediatric population (Broselow Tape), Sexual Assult Exam(s), Blood Transfusions, EENT traumatic circumstances, Trauma Patients, Neuro Assessment and Code Stroke, Orthopedic Patients, Psych Patients, Triage, Emergent Labs, Moderate Sedation, Hearing Impaired, Animal Bites, Language Barriers (Translation Line), Restraints, and Sled Blood/Alcohol/Urine Screens. Shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system by: Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking: Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system requirements; Promoting improvement.
