Job Description This position is a part of our Restoration / Water Mitigation Team, you are the first responders onsite for water damage claims and you are responsible for beginning the claim process, determining the scope of work, performing demo as needed, daily monitoring and diary notes, and job closeout/customer satisfaction survey.
