You must possess excellent communications skills and an understanding of hospital operations in order to coordinate activities with defense counsel, all levels of hospital administration, HCI personnel and the Division Claims Administrator to provide information to defense counsel and schedule hospital personnel for interviews, depositions, mediations, etc. Some examples include, but not limited to; Delineation of Privileges of Physicians, Employment Files, Credentialing Files, Surgical Schedules, Facility Maintenance documents, Surveillance footage, Radiology Imaging, Census Data, etc.
