The Mental-Health Therapist III position is responsible for conducting high-volume mental health and substance use assessments, reviewing psychiatric referrals, and presenting patients for admission to Herrick Hospital's inpatient psychiatric units, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs as well as our substance use inpatient program. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
