You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Finance, Accounting Policy, and technology teams to evaluate transaction structures, resolve technical accounting questions, establish operational processes, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. The M&A Accounting team is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the company's strategic investment portfolio, including minority equity investments, warrants, convertible instruments, debt investments, and other structured transactions.
