Perform minor and major vehicle repairs, including engine component repair and replacement, electrical component repair and replacement, transmission and drivetrain service and repair, body and trim repair, suspension system repair, and interior component service and repair, including lighting, beds, cabinets, and drawers. Required mental activities include continuous use of decision-making, teamwork, use of discretion, creativity, and problem analysis, interpersonal skills, customer service, mentoring, independent judgment and/or independent action, and the ability to read, speak, and understand English; presentations/teaching, training/supervising, and performing basic Math (used occasionally); negotiation (used rarely).
