Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary: As the Speech Language Pathologist, under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Supervisor in Home Care, you will be a vital member of a dynamic team responsible for organizing and administering prescribed speech therapy programs in an effort to reduce and/or prevent disability to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential.
