Provides overall account management, coordinating with installers, customer representatives, and Pattison Sales, Engineering, Art, Accounting, Technical Services, Production and Purchasing to ensure customer needs are met. Works in partnership with customer, architect, and general contractor, outside vendors, plant personnel and installers to coordinate the final design, layout, installation and billing of ACM packages.
