This role partners alongside Human Resource Business Partners, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to execute and implement development solutions, learning experiences, mentoring programs, assessments, and technology-enabled learning initiatives at an enterprise level. As a key member of the Talent Management team, the Global Talent Specialist supports day-to-day program operations, learning research for programming efforts, stakeholder engagement, learning technology administration, reporting, and project execution to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and measurable impact.
