Ability to work effectively in both office and manufacturing environments, including spending extended periods on the production floor, supporting multiple shifts as needed, wearing required PPE, navigating stairs, platforms, and ladders, and working in varying temperatures, humidity levels, dust, and other typical manufacturing conditions. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, autonomous systems, equipment integration, process controls, PLCs, firmware, safety controllers, CMMS platforms, and condition-based monitoring (CbM) systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
