Acting as the central point of coordination, you will align customer technical teams with Knox’s SRE, Security Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams, driving clarity across controls, runbooks, access models, monitoring, incident response, and steady-state operations. Knox runs the largest Federal & DoW managed cloud, building and operating secure cloud and AI environments that support the U.S. government’s most critical missions — from national security and public safety to essential public services.
