The Director works closely with executive leadership, Business Development, Capture, Program Management, and other functional teams to negotiate complex agreements, shape contracting approaches, manage contractual risk, and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, including FAR and DFARS. In addition to leading dayâtoâday contract management activities, the Director is responsible for developing contracting policy, strengthening compliance frameworks, and supporting growth initiatives across both existing and emerging markets.
