Understand and interpret Engineering drawings and plans for construction of new signals and modification of existing signals including installation of accessible pedestrian signal system, construction of pedestrian crossings, signal pre-emption system to modify signal timing, traffic cameras, and illuminated street signs. Operate required trucks and vehicles for emergency operations response including dump trucks, sanders, emergency response trailer, salt brine spreaders, snowplows, temporary stop signs, generators, chain saws, and miscellaneous hand tools.
