Must have a minimum one (6) months of experience in cleaning/janitorial in general Must have the ability to read, write, and speak Basic English Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong initiative Must have the ability to think logically, follow procedures, instructions and make sound decisions. Primary Responsibility: The Industrial Plant Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in all areas of the industrial facility, including production floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and exterior grounds.
