You'll work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, CNPs, nurses, STNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, holistic care providers, and Volunteers, all working together to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities: Performs and documents basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of a nurse, including bathing, feeding, assistance with ambulation, providing companionship and emotional support, even during times of crisis; follows regulatory and organizational processes and practices to promote a safe clinical environment.
