Responsibilities <ul><li>Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies</li><li>Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and shine</li><li>Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met</li><li>Maintain industrial cleaning tasks in large facilities or warehouses, including equipment cleaning and debris removal</li><li>Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance, ensuring all areas are safe and functional for daytime operations</li><li>Support porter activities by moving furniture or equipment as needed and reporting maintenance issues promptly</li><li>Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors</li><li>Ability to operate cleaning machinery including buffers and floor scrubbers effectively</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills</li><li>Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks during shift hours</li><li>Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently during night shifts</li><li>Nice-to-have skills include residential painting experience or additional facilities maintenance knowledge</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards that make every space inviting!
