Duties include, but not limited to, providing assistance in resolving work problems, coordinate and assist in work to be performed; works with and assigns staff on special projects, reviews work while in progress and ensures project will be completed on schedule; implements and enforces safety procedures; checks building and areas to see all assigned employees are in their areas covered, and trains employees. Will mop, clean, buff & wax floors as well as wash corridors, stairs, stairwells, walls and partitions; safely use various hand operated equipment and detergents, & other cleaning products; scrub and clean all areas of lavatories, rooms, & facilities.
