Additionally, we have established and continue to develop various initiatives, including historic projects, dialogue programs such as On Discourse and the Intergroup Dialogues Program, the Center for Interpersonal Connections, and four distinctive external-facing institutes. A strong application will articulate how the candidate envisions contributing to our core curriculum, which includes Introduction to Sociology, Sociological Theory, Qualitative and Quantitative Methods, and 200-level courses in the Sociology of Gender and Sexuality, Race/Ethnicity, or Social Class.
