You may qualify at the GS-12 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that demonstrates all of the following: 1) Managing or evaluating support services involving multiple functional areas such as facilities, space management, property or asset management, equipment, acquisition or procurement, logistics, transportation, or contracting; 2) Planning and organizing program or initiative activities involving cooperation and communication with multiple organizational components, contractors, vendors, or external stakeholders; and 3) Leading project planning which involves developing, evaluating and reviewing requirements, schedules, resource needs, procurement activities, or implementation plans. You may qualify at the GS-11 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that demonstrates all of the following: 1) Coordinating administrative and support services in areas such as facilities, space management, property or asset management, equipment, supplies, acquisition or procurement, logistics, transportation, or contracting; and 2) Assisting with program operations or customer requirements analysis to identify operational problems, service deficiencies, resource requirements, trends, or opportunities for improvements.
